" I paint from a live model (in a seemingly awkward fashion) in the tradition of Zenga but with both hands at once but only one eye at a time eyes on the model, not the page , rendering the space within and between each of us rather quickly, from a place of joy and silence which I learned to inhabit from my teachers . I paint abstracted figures , occasionally sirens and winged figures , as well as animals , other oddities , or ensos (Zen circles) . I sell both originals and prints , signed, sealed , and delivered to your door. "
This is a documentary by Kenneth Yoder, filmed in 2003 as part of a series of shorts on artists from various disciplines.
